I’m a finalist in the Britmums Brilliance in Blogging Awards – fancy voting for me?

Exciting news this week! Not only has the four year old tried the school dinners, I’ve been shortlisted as a finalist for the Britmums Brilliance in Blogging Awards 2019 – and am OVER THE MOON!

If you were following my blog this time last year you may remember that I won the Fresh Voice category for newbie bloggers in the same awards. I think I mentioned it *once or twice. (Sorry not sorry)

Well this year I’ve made it to the final of the Readers’ Choice category. Against the experienced bloggers that know what they’re doing. SHIT THE BED! Not entirely sure how this has happened.

The five finalists in 14 different categories in the influencer and blogging world were announced last night on Twitter. And can you believe I was asleep on the settee trying to get rid of a migraine! Woke up with my contact lenses stuck to my eyes, not having a bloody clue where I was, to several messages telling me. Doh!

Playing it cool as ever, Helen.

Now can you help me (please)

So like last year, I now have to start the whole begging campaign to ask you lovely folk to vote for me. I have no hope against the bigger, more experienced bloggers in my category, but hey, I may as well try and it would be great if you could help me, please.

The other bloggers I’m up against are: Slouching Towards Thatcham, Life, Love and Dirty Dishes, Daddilife, and Catherine’s Cultural Wednesdays.

More than 50,000 votes were cast across the 14 categories. They’re organised by Britmums, which is the UK’s largest and most influential network of lifestyle bloggers and social influencers.

The BiB Award winners will be announced on Twitter on Thursday October, 10. That’s my mum’s birthday so I’m taking that as a good sign!

How to vote for me in the Britmums awards

If you’d like to vote for me (happy to enter into a spot of bribery if needs be) you can do so on this link below.

Cast your vote in the BritMums BiBs 2019 Awards now!

My category is the last one, but if you want to vote in some of the other categories as you scroll down, look out for some of my lovely fellow bloggers Gin Gin and Roo; Me, Them and the Others; Travelynn Family; Otis and Us, Island Living 365, and funny woman Whinge Whinge Wine. Not that I’m trying to influence you or anything…

Voting is open now until 11.45pm on Friday October 4.

I’d like to say this is the last you’ll hear about it, but hey, we all know that’s not true!!

Thanks for supporting me – and hopefully voting. Otherwise I’m going to have to set up a few more email addresses in my mum’s name, and I’m guessing that might be frowned upon…

How did I do?

If you’d like to read some of my ‘usual’ blogposts, click on the Mum Life section of my website to read some funny (hopefully), sarcastic rants. I think you may relate to most of them! Or there’s always the travel and days out posts if you’re in need of a break.

If you like a bit of social media madness, pop over to my Facebook page where you’ll be able to have a laugh at what ridiculousness goes on in my house with three very small boys on a daily basis. Warning – there is often sarcasm, and usually swearing. There are also great travel reviews and some AWESOME giveaways. Feel free to join my Twins, Tantrums and Cold Coffee – Shits and Giggles Parenting Group too, where everyone shares their hilarious stories.

And if you want to work with me, feel free to give me a shout here or at helen@twinstantrumsandcoldcoffee.com and I’ll get back to you.
